Turn immediately left and go up Dingleton Road, passing underneath the by-pass. Continue up Dingleton Road and turn right onto Chiefswood Road. Take a left turn into the development and proceed forward, bearing right down the drive round to the back of the development. The entrance to number 32 is on the far right-hand side.

From the South, follow the A68 through St. Boswells and turn left at the aforementioned roundabout and follow the instructions from there.
