We are not allowed to offer financial or investment advice, but we can recommend a selection of people who are qualified to offer you that advice.

Do you sell property outwith the Scottish Borders?

We occasionally have property for sale in other parts of Scotland, however we will be honest with you from the outset and whilst happy to offer advice we may recommend a more local agent if required.

From time to time we have plots of land and development opportunities for sale in other areas, out with the Scottish Borders, which is a slightly less emotive project, and tends to follow a slightly different marketing campaign.

No, this is an area we do not deal with, but we will look into certain projects if we feel we can add value or exposure where others cannot.

No, as 'valuations' are actually carried out by a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) pre-dominantly for money lending, re-mortgaging, or probate purposes.
